What You'll Do

In this customer-oriented role, as Business Development Specialist you will interact with existing customers via different channels, including phone, video, and e-mail. Equipped with opportunity data and aware of local business culture you will drive on-time renewals for assigned portfolio of products and service contracts across small customer segments. You will focus on minimizing the risk of contract churn by creating awareness of the importance of the support services and licensed digital products as well as by reaching out to customers who cannot be engaged digitally due to a lack of active contact details. You will bring a positive attitude, persistence, and strong communication skills to find a straight path to relevant customers' representatives and build reliable advisory relationships to secure their renewals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive products and software service contracts renewals in the small segment of existing customers through proactive and direct
  • Contact with the customers around technology information and line of
  • Achieve service contract renewal targets including quota and expected renewal rate and other key performance indicators as determined by the
  • Provide professional support on incoming renewal inquiries and assistance throughout the contract renewal process.
  • Advise existing customers on recommended renewal products and support service
  • Collect, interpret and utilize customers' contracts and install base data to produce accurate customer-focused renewal reports and push that information into the renewal sales
  • Create awareness and emphasize the value of the support services and licensed digital products when engaging with the customers.
  • Maintenance of high-quality customers' contact database with frequent updates on digital and direct customer
  • Identify customers' accounts without active contacts and proactive acquisition of the right contacts to reach out via notifications on upcoming
