About Our Client

- Processing mail traffic
- Generate sales leads
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Coordinate with the different business support departments
The Successful Applicant
- A completed related study at a minimum MBO level or final year of HBO
- You are fluently German spoken and written
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service
- You know how to find your way in a dynamic work environment
- You are flexibly available, 24-38 hours a week
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
