We’re looking for a Dutch-Speaking CRM Assistant!

For our Multi-Channel team we are looking for a Dutch-Speaking CRM Assistant!

Main Tasks

The purpose of this role is to assist the CRM Executive with managing Customer Database and CRM activity including reporting, preparation of CRM activities, provide customer feedback and build on customer retention, as well as driving database sign ups, and customer reactivation for the Dutch Market.

  • Briefing and preparing email marketing activations, including weekly sends, automated sends and strategic campaigns that all contribute to targeted session, revenue and conversion figures;
  • Continuous reporting and weekly reporting on database growth and activities according to the targets;
  • Reviewing and learning from database growth activity to analyse results in order to constantly test, improve and learn;
  • Gaining a detailed understanding of the JD Sports customer lifecycle to implement regular testing in order to optimise communications across all channels and at all touch points of the customer lifecycle;
  • Maintain, review and analyse Customer Review platforms to gain detailed understanding of the customer needs and support the team to achieve required improvements;
  • Assist with the implementation of new business tools in order to develop the CRM output and return;
  • Working with the market multichannel team, merchandising teams and brand teams to plan promotional email campaigns promoting key product areas and brand messages;
  • Analysis and measurement of email- and push notification performance and benchmarking against market competitors and leading retailers to define market trends, customer behaviour and industry best practice.
  • Profile

    The candidate we are looking for:

  • May be straight out of university/HBO/MBO with a relevant degree or similar background;
  • Have an interest in customer relationship- and email marketing;
  • Experience of CRM and CRM systems is preferred but not essential;
  • Experience and knowledge of Excel and Google Docs valued;
  • Strong organisational skills and a good multi-tasker is essential;
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
