Together with our team of communication experts, you’ll work every day to make BCG’s brand power a success factor in our recruiting. At the interface between marketing and HR, you’ll engage in a dynamic, international environment, putting your outstanding instincts to work for an exceptional brand.

As Manager of Employer Branding, you’ll be responsible for the overall presence of the employer brand “BCG” in Germany and Austria. Your tasks will include developing concepts and designs and advancing creative and strategic evolution across the range of our recruiting communication in all analog and digital communication channels—including strategic partnerships. Using your creative talent, you’ll devise innovative concepts for the recruiting market that go beyond classic print, online, and PR. Naturally, you’ll be in charge of all digital channels, social media activities, and content development, and have overall responsibility for strategic media planning and media buying in all paid-media venues. Furthermore, you’ll ensure continuous evaluation and effective performance controlling for all communications activities and steer our relevant measures and channels. Based on this, you’ll derive appropriate action for their continuous optimization. Finally, you’ll be responsible for the selection of our partner agencies and for the planning and content of our collaboration with them, keeping our employer branding budget in mind in everything you do. And last but not least, functional and disciplinary team management will be part of your responsibilities.


  • You’re passionate about employer branding and stand out from the crowd with your zeal for creative and intelligent communication.
  • You have an excellent feel for language and are able to perfectly apply your creativity to text and art direction.
  • You would describe yourself as a coordination, organizational, and improvisational talent.
  • Your competent, professional manner will earn you the respect of both in-house and external stakeholders.
  • You’re flexible and work well under pressure, are extremely reliable, and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.


  • You have an academic degree in economics, psychology, or media and communications
  • You have four to five years of relevant professional experience in the fields of brand management, digital and performance marketing, and social media.
  • You have sound management experience, ideally in the field of brand communication, from working at an advertising/communications agency or an international professional services firm.
  • You’re proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.


You’ll lead a highly motivated team comprised of various employer branding specialists. The team’s collaboration has always been characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. In addition, you will be in close contact with the team leads of the other HR departments, enabling you to draw on your colleagues’ experience at any time. Through these various interfaces, you’ll gain interesting insights into all areas of HR and Marketing (recruiting, marketing and communications, career development, learning and development, etc.). You’ll report to the G&A Recruiting Director, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development, and serve as a sparring partner for our leadership team.
