Accounts Receivable Specialist | Norwegian-speaking

What is this job about?
In this role as Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be the link between the clients and the company, ensuring that payments are collected in a timely manner.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for monitoring receivables to arrange payments, identify debts and contacting customers to notify them of overdue payments.
Your Challenges
- Handle inbound communications and contact clients to arrange payments
- Control fulfillment of deadlines according to the company’s policy
- Solve customer claims and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts
- Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure that all payments-related issues are effectively resolved
- Keep the customer and payments database up to date

- Language skills: bilingual in Norwegian and advanced level in English
