Talent.com is actively looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Barcelona.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be based in Barcelona and will help our clients in with any questions or issues they may encounter when posting jobs on our platform. You’ll also providing support to ensure the success of the job posting assuring the quality of the offers we post. This position is of key importance and will contribute directly to the success of the product in your market and hence offers great growth potential and recognition in the company. 

What you’ll do:  

-Achieve and maintain service procedures, policies and standards; work on market specific improvements as and when needed;   
-Act as a liaison between customers and the product manager thus enhancing the overall customer experience;  
-Resolve customer issues via phone and email. This also entails answering incoming customer calls regarding payment issues, product problems, service questions, and general customer concerns;  
-Update customer information in the customer service database;  -Impact the company’s base line by problem solving and converting seemingly dissatisfied customers into frequent/consistent customers;  
-Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of the products and services being offered;  
-Communicate customer feedback and insights to the product manager;   
-Be responsible for some aspects Quality Assurance and backend support;  
-Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards as needed.   
 

What you bring:  

-You have a Bachelor in Business or any related fields;   
-You possess the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and in writing- both in English and Spanish (any other European language is a plus);    
-You have at least 1 year of relevant professional experience as a -Customer Service role;   
-You are patient and very attentive when dealing with clients;
-You are proficient in MS tools, databases and CRM tools;  
-You define yourself as an organized person;   
-You are not afraid to work hard and invest yourself to achieve goals;   
-You have good persuasion skills; you are tenacious and persuasive when handling customers;  
-You have a proactive approach when it comes to problem solving;  
-You have the willingness to learn new things;  
-You’re curious and keep up to date with the industry's best practices and new emerging trends.
