What we offer

A monthly salary between €2.800 - €3.200

Full time position for 40 hours per week

Travel and tunnel costs are reimbursed

Who you are

As the Sourcing Specialist French, you are fluent in both English and French. Furthermore, you have a strong work ethic and good analytical skills.

Next to this, you have:

A Bachelor degree

Three years purchasing experience together with purchasing software systems would be an advantage.

Perfect communication skills in order to negotiate with customers

What will you do

The Sourcing Specialist will actively engage and support clients in the businesses and functions to ensure that sourcing requirements are known, and that supplier quality and service levels meet expectations. This role also negotiates assigned specific equipment or services purchases for execution as purchase orders.

Other tasks of the Sourcing Specialist are:

Being responsible for the negotiation, execution and implementation of commercial agreements and related work processes.

Managing the Supplier Relationships and monitoring their performances.

Negotiating pricing, payment and delivery terms on orders and executing the agreements.

Engaging with Stakeholders to clarify the scope of service, quality, volume and requirements for contract implementations and renewals.

Analyzing data to identify improvements in vendor and spend coding.

Managing escalations during project execution.​
