Test Manager - Data Migration

Job Description:

Understand the current Data Migration Platform

Define the End to End Test Strategy for Functional testing, Test Automation, Performance and Security.

Identify a repeatable testing process that could be used for each country roll-out

Identify the required set of testing to be done and work with business to obtain sign-off for successful data migration

Should be well versed with ETL process

Should be able to write end to end Test strategy and provide automation solutions for the same

Capable of estimating the effort required for testing the entire program that includes all country roll-out

Good English communication is a must
