Employmentagency Manpower is looking for English-speaking customer servicespecialists for Dow in Hoek.

The challenge of customer service is to be at the interfacebetween customers and business value chain partners at Dow. Youwill also collaborate with Dow functions such as Supply Chain,Marketing & Sales and Logistics to achieve the best possibleresults. Because of your knowledge of the products, serviceofferings and businesses Dow has to offer, you can establish solidcustomer relationships and choose the most suitable andcost-effective solutions. You will also be responsible for thefollowing:

  • Analysing customer needsand gathering market intelligence
  • Executingthe order entry process and leading the order fulfilment processfor given business(es)
  • Coordinating customeraccount activity, including addressing issues and implementingsolutions
  • Maintaining service levels accordingto business priorities
  • Following up on ordersand guiding these through the Supply Chain partners to ensurecustomer satisfaction
  • Differentiating betweencustomer requirements and Dow capabilities
  • Determining commercial strategies with customers acrossmultiple businesses
What’s in it foryou?
  • Gross salary between€2,600.- and €3,200.- per month
  • Reimbursementof travel expenses of €0.19 per kilometre and full reimbursement ofWesterschelde tunnel expenses

  • An EQF level 6 degree or Bachelor’s degree (orhigher)
  • An excellent command of the Englishlanguage (at least level C1-level according to the Common EuropeanFramework of Reference for Languages)
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • ADutch work permit that is valid for at least nine months orEU-nationality
  • A certificate of conduct(Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) that shows you have notcommitted any criminal offences
  • Affinityworking with new tools and technologies
  • Experience in customer service, with CRM and/or with SAPis preferable but not mandatory!

You should also be a great communicator who is ableto establish valuable customer relationships, as well have anaptitude for data and numbers. Your keen eye for details and yourpersistence, as well as your team-oriented way of working make youa great candidate for Dow!
