Job Description

Tender & proposal management

  • Coordinate technical and administrative parts of European or global tenders and biddings
  • Collaboration with local Tender desks in the countries
  • Provide analyses and information on international tenders & Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSA) requests

Contract management

  • Support the business and local tender teams in the preparation of international PSA
  • Ensure contracts are in line with group compliance and strategy
  • Review legal and commercial terms in cooperation with group legal department
  • Point of contact for local Tender desks in local countries
  • Support in the risk assessment of existing contracts

Business support

  • Support the business and local Tender desks with data & figures for Key Clients, regularly distribute information to stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration with national and international Key Account Management
  • Ensure systems are up to date with PSA, optimizing organization of documents
  • Assist in maximizing tender business opportunities
  • Follow up of ongoing requests
  • Monitoring PSA performance
  • Participation in other special projects

The Successful Applicant
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English and Dutch
  • Degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Management; or has related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational skills paying close attention to details in order to minimize mistakes
  • Effective time management skills, ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrates effective listening skills
  • Embraces change and acts proactively to improve processes and service levels
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively use CRM
  • Strong using knowledge of MS Office
