As a Customer Support Officer you provide functional and technical support for resolutions of customer incidents, issues, requests and queries. You will work together with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Does this vacancy suit you?

We are growing a multilingual team in our Accenture office in Heerlen to service clients located all over Europe. This provides you the opportunity to learn from the international teams and further build the team in Heerlen.
  • You will be working in two standard shifts: 7:30-16:00 and 9:00-18:00.
  • You will also be asked to work on-call (24/7 support) for some client +/- once per month.
  • What do we offer:
  • Salary indication between €2340,- and €2600 gross per month (based on fulltime employment);
  • On-call service compensation;
  • Working from home;
  • A position for 40 hours per week with a contract via Flexibility Limburg. After +/- 6 months there is a possibility for a direct contract at the employer.

  • Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and German;
  • Experience in working in a customer centric environment would be beneficial;
  • Affinity to ICT;
  • MBO+ or Bachelor degree;
  • Exceptional grammar and the ability to construct emails efficiently;
  • Living in or near the Limburg region (there is a possibility that 100% working from home will change to hybrid working 50% in Heerlen and 50% working from home).
