Our partner works in the machinery industry selling construction materials online around the world. Their unique online marketplace is helping to bring together buyers and sellers, to simplify the process of acquiring heavy machinery!

Their core mission: link buyers and sellers in the machinery world!

What is this job about?

In this role as Operations Coordinator, your goal is to assist in the creation of smooth and scalable processes to inspect and transport machinery.

On a daily basis, you will organise inspections all over France & Belgium. You will strive to maintain strong relationships with partners, and will act as the main point of contact for customers.

Your challenges

  • Become an expert on the company's products
  • Organise inspections over the France and Belgium territories
  • Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries of machines in Eastern European countries
  • Strive to maintain strong working relationships with logistical partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, and try to resolve any inquiries fast (via phone & email)
  • Double check the VAT/Info from auction customers
  • Generate invoices for buyers and manage documentation
  • Follow-up payments and input all the correct information about customers into the CRM

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: advanced (C1+) level in French and English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Sales or Operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Knowledge of Digital tools (Trello, Confluence, any CRM software)
  • You thrive in a startup environment

If you speak another European language (in particular Romanian)... you’re the perfect fit!

Important: For this position, you can either relocate to Antwerp, Belgium OR Rotterdam, The Netherlands. You will need to be in possession of an EU VISA for this position.
