You will work at Lynk & Co, a new mobilitylifestyle brand that was launched in 2015 by the Zhejiang GeelyHolding Group, the owner of Volvo Cars. Lynk & Co focuses onoffering mobility for consumers and companies. Lynk & Coentered the Chinese market at the end of 2017 and the introductionfor the European market will be at the end of this year. Last yearalone, Lynk & Co sold 140,000 cars on the Chinese market,making this the world's fastest growing car brand.

The head office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Youwill have intensive contact with colleagues from this location totake customer service to the highest level. Lynk & Co is not anew car brand, but a brand that focuses on mobility. Mobility isabout giving people access to movement. For Lynk & Co, thisdoes not translate into selling more cars, but in giving people thefreedom to travel on their own terms. This means having optionsthat are flexible, accessible and technology driven. As Netflix hasdone in the movie industry and Airbnb in the hotel world, Lynk& Co wants to reinvent the auto industry for this time. Do youwant a monthly subscription? Or would you rather buy or lease thecar? In all cases, Lynk & Co provides a carefree solution. As amember you get mobility for a fixed amount per month. Working hours
In this full-time function you will be workingbetween Monday and Sunday in three shifts. The workinghours are as follows:

  • Morning:Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Afternoon: Monday to Wednesday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. andSaturday to Sunday 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
  • Evening: Monday to Friday 12 p.m. to 9p.m.


However, in thelong run Lynk & Co will offer their customers 24/7 support soyou might be working overnight as well.

Your daily ride
TheEuropean engagement centre in Maastricht was opened in April 2020.The first batch of superstars has already started building thefoundation for game-changing customer service. For Lynk & Cothis is all about thinking outside of the box and creatingwow-experiences. Yes, read that again, a personal approach is key,so no robots wanted.

In the role ofcustomer service agent you will be in constant contact with Lynk& Co customers. Most contact takes place via chat, social mediaand e-mail. Computer skills, empathy and a customer-friendlyattitude are essential for this job!

Yourworking day will be made up of the following activities:

  • Answering all customer and user questionsquickly and in a customer-friendlyway
  • Contributing to the customer engagementcentre
  • Achieving optimal customerinvolvement

What’s in it for you?
  • Gross salary€2.396,- permonth.
  • Reimbursement of travel costs of €0.19per kilometre, starting from a ten kilometre with a maximum of 50kilometre single journey
  • Full-time job of 38 hours a week

  • Excellent command of French and goodcommand of English, because of contact with French- andEnglish-speaking customers andcollegues
  • Ping pong skills appreciated but notmandatory


If you’re able to speak Swedish,German, Dutch Spanish and/or Italian, that’s a great bonus, butit’s not mandatory! You also preferably live in or near Maastricht,Valkenburg, Heerlen or Geleen.
