If you are a gamer and gadgets are part of your life, you might be the right person to offer technical support to customers using high-end graphic cards and gaming tablets.

    You come with:

  • A C1 level of Spanish;
  • A B2 level of English (we work in a multinational environment, and our common language is English);
  • A passion for the gaming/IT industry;
  • Availability to work from home 5 days/week, on a full-time schedule;
  • A good internet connection and a functional computer/laptop (preferably).

    Your day with Conectys:

  • You will be offering technical support by chat, emails (80% of the time), and calls to customers’ requests about graphic cards and gaming tablets;
  • You will find new steps to solve software errors to satisfy the company’s customers;
  • You will work with leaders to create reminders and be a part of Q&A sessions in the technical area for all team agents.

  • Flexible schedule, organized in shifts from Monday – Sunday between 10.00-22.00 (no worries, you will not work more than 5 days/week);
