Accounts Payable | Dutch-speaking job in Utrecht at Next Station

In this position as an Accounts Payable, your goal will be to ensure that all the financial and administrative related procedures are running smoothly.

On a daily basis, you will manage vendor and supplier relationships while solving different issues that might arise.

• Review and resolve all incoming queries from suppliers, buyers and requisitioners
• Learn and master complex standard processes and use them to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain trusted relations with all vender accounts
• Collaborate with other teams and lead the process implementations in new countries
• Process IL vendor invoices in SAP.
• Analyze business metrics and report significant insights

• Language skills: advanced level in English and Dutch (C1)
• Strong interest or up to 3 years of experience working in an office environment (preferably in Accounts Payable or Finance)
• Experience in Customer Care
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT tools
• Knowledge of Billings & Invoices
• Comfortable communicating via email & phone
