Our partner is a wholesale company for smartphone & tablet parts that help repairers bring devices back to life.

Their core mission: making customers' lives easier and fun, not only by producing their product but also providing all related support.




What is this job about?

In this role as Account Manager, your goal is to grow the business in the Swedish and Danish market.

Your time is shared between business development and managing the current customers. Therefore, you are mostly in charge of the final part of the sales cycle, including account management.



Your challenges

  • Act as the mediator between the company and existing clients
  • Partners acquisition, management and support
  • Liaise with other teams to communicate client expectations
  • Contribute towards the company as well as client's goals
  • Understand new customer needs and ensure customer happiness
  • Provide help in translation of general documents
  • Discover new business opportunities and how to grow current accounts
  • Drive new ideas and engage in the further development of the company’s solutions

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual level in Swedish OR Danish and an advanced level (C1+) in English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • Ability to conduct multichannel prospection to acquire new partners
  • Great communication skills
  • You sound confident on the phone
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • You ask the right questions
  • You thrive in a start-up environment

Important: For this position, you need to relocate to Gilze, [ Link removed ] . This is a temporary contract of 1 year, after this you have the opportunity to stay on in a permanent contract!
