What is this job about?

In this position as Sales Executive, you will join a growing team and help grow sales exponentially!

On a daily basis, you will be identifying future partners and clients within the medical sector, communicating the best attributes and benefits of the company.

Your challenges

  • Identify potential partners in the medical sector, from doctors, dentists, clinics… all the way to hospitals
  • Analyze data and pinpoint any trends within the sales analytics
  • Extract helpful insight from data and communicate these observations to senior management
  • Engage in frequent meetings with team leaders
  • Attend regular sales training meetings
  • Pitch and book meetings for the field sales team
  • Continually exceed sales KPIs and always seek ways to improve
  • Actively contribute to the increase in turnover, engagement and acquisition

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: Minimum C2 in German and an advanced C1/C2 level in English
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • Ability to conduct sales pitches and presentations
  • Knowledge of after sales activities and how to nuture new clients
  • Strong digital skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
