who are you

You have experience with automotive customer service and you have a technical/automotive background. You are (near-) native German and you can speak excellent English. Since you will work for a growing company, it is important that you are open-minded, creative and eager to learn.

• 2+ years of experience
• Upper secondary education
• (near) Native German with excellent English
• Open-minded and customer-oriented

what will you do

You will be an ambassador of the brand by delivering excellent customer service and technical assistance. You will use several communication channels and different systems. Your main task will be helping clients with automotive, technical issues but since you are flexible, you can also assist clients with other non-technical questions. With your expertise and customer-oriented service, you will create the best customer experience!

where will you work

You will work in the Engagement Centre in Maastricht, which was opened in April 2020. You will work for an international company that is currently still growing in a fast pace. The team is very divers and there is a nice work environment with fun activities during and after work. Personal development is very important and there is no strict hierarchy.
