The Business Developer Netherlands - Germany M / F will be in charge of opening the brand on the Dutch and German markets

The main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Define the commercial strategy for the Netherlands and Germany

- Establish a prospecting database on these territories

- Recruit and lead a local sales team

- Develop the brand's network of distributors

- Ensure operational monitoring in close collaboration with ADV, Marketing and Logistics

- Follow KPIs and produce monthly reporting

- Many trips to plan (at least two weeks per month)

Technical skills

Knowledge and or appetite for the electric bicycle market, ideally in the countries concerned

Dutch and English Fluent

German and French appreciated

Sense of commerce: negotiating temperament

Rigor in the analysis of figures and projections

Managerial qualities

Sense of customer and commercial relations

Your profile

Business developer has a business training Bac + 5 business school, or a successful experience on similar responsibilities.

You have successful business experiences abroad, or in an international context of at least 5/6 years
