Your future project:

Our client is a mobility start up, that developed an on-demand car rental app. And can you guess what this means? No queues, hassle, or paperwork.
They are across Europe, specifically in Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom.

Your responsibilities:

- You will provide an exceptional and personalized customer service via phone, email, social media and chat
- You will provide response and resolution of users' inquiries (in-rental, pre-booking questions, after rental feed-back, or claims) within SLA
- You will proactively contact our customers regarding upgrades/downgrades, fleet modifications, accidents follow-ups, etc, to make sure things goes smoothly for all the parties involved
- You will develop a lasting and quality relationship to enrich the Client portfolio
- You will maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
- You will work on additional tasks required by management, connected to keeping up the service perfor-mance, quality and customer satisfaction

Hours and Benefits:

- Shift: (training) Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, after 2 weeks Rotative from 09h to 20h
- Salary for 39 hours
-Salary; 20.000 Euros gross/year + up to 2,400 Euros gross/year in bonus
- Ongoing training
- working at modern office and opcional home office too
- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in pro-portion to time worked)*

Requirements

That's you:

- You are native native level speaker of German and have a very good level of English (spoken and writ-ten)
- You have previous experience in customer service and ideally, within the car rental industry
- You have working knowledge of IT platforms and applications
- You enjoy communicating with customers while providing a solution to their request
- You are analytical and have a logical approach to problem solving
- You are ready to bring all your motivation and positivism to the team
