We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and open minded person who likes to work in customer service for a new worldwide car brand. You will assist the first-line sales advisors by managing several administrative tasks and acting as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders. Handling several tasks at once is not a problem for you since you can easily adjust and anticipate in a changing work environment. Sounds interesting? Read more below!

    You already have experience within the customer service field and challenging and adjusting yourself to a changing work environment is something you like to do. You are an open-minded, creative and customer-oriented person who can communicate in (near) native German and English. Besides this, you are also able to work with computer programs quickly so you can start as soon as possible with delivering the best service. With everything you do, you add your own personal touch!

    Your tasks primarily consist of handling after-sales and administrative tasks. Besides this, you are an important point of contact between internal and external stakeholders so good communication is very important. It may happen that someone has a complaint, you will handle this is a professional manner and make sure that the person is happy. Since you will work in a changing work environment, new tasks may be added to your to-do list!
