As a Collections Coordinator in our Order to Cash (OTC) team, you will work closely with our customers in UK & Ireland to ensure and maximise timely and efficient payment from our customers. You will be responsible for incoming calls - obtaining payments from customers, solving payment issues, such as raising disputes and reviewing accounts and invoices, and driving steps which will lead to having the debt paid by the customer.
How you will do it
Handling inbound calls and e-mails
Manage collection processes, provide a high level of customer service where necessary, and raise cases related to customer queries or issues
Logging disputes, advising customers on their account status, invoices, outstanding debt or credit, and payment terms
Executing ad-hoc activities related to cash collection and following the processes to make changes to customer’s accounts.
Support other finance operations by providing and receiving information from customers regarding billing, collections, and cash application
Help the business by understanding customer payment challenges and assist with the research of cases to resolve billing and customer service issues
Possible participation in projects or development programs
What we look for
Required
Fluent in English C1 level
Willing to develop and learn, strong communication & negotiation skills, collaborative, team player, customer and result-oriented, proactive attitude
Able to self-manage, with strong organisational skills
Innovative and constantly looking for opportunities to improve
Preferred
Previous experience in credit and collections, billing and disputes, customer service, inside sales, accounts receivable and accounts payable is an advantage
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions such as pivot table, V-Lookups and or basic formula
Ability to perform accounts reconciliation
Experience of working in a shared service centre or outsourced environment

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1050 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
