What you will do

The main objective of the role is to partner with our payroll team to define, recommend and implement automation for payroll processes. The role will operate at both a strategic and hands on level, working closely with the Payroll team to automate and enhance existing payroll processes.

How you will do it

Partnering with payroll team to understand each payroll area which could be automated

• Detect the areas which could be improved and automated
• Analyze respective processes and find out if improvement and automation can be put in place
• Support all IT functions linked to the Payroll integration files
• Develop, implement, test, and maintain custom automation solutions using the Power Automate Platform

What we look for:

Required

• Proven experience with automation platforms (MS Power Automate)
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office (MS Excel – VBA)
• Critical thinking
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Good relationship building and communication skills
• Experience with working in international environment
• Good problem-solving ability
• Power BI or other reporting experience is an advantage

Preferred

• Lean Six Sigma
• Payroll knowledge

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2000 EUR per month and a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
