As a Key Account Manager, is your key responsibility is to generate annual sales profit/margins growth of Benzlers (our sister company Radicon and Elecon) power transmission products in Germany in line with the budget expectations. The position involves both operational and strategic sales to OEM and large strategic end users and you assume full responsibility for all customer related activities, communication, technical and commercial issues containing customer visits, issue quotations, conduct negotiations and establish agreements, market analysis, annual sales targets and plans, monthly forecasts and trade fairs.  

You will work from your home office, and you will report to our Sales, Distribution and Service centre in Venlo. However, you will spend most of your time managing and developing our existing OEM and End User customer base along with identifying potential new customers.and our existing and new costumers.

The company will provide you with the necessary tools such as company car, PC, and printer and telephone.

We require the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:


  • Experience with Power transmission products is preferred
  • Experience within an engineering based sales role.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
  • Clear understanding of business practices including profit, margin and basic financial procedures.
  • Organisation abilities to meet deadlines and efficiently manage daily activities.
  • Experience of or similar CRM system
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Understanding of contractual and commercial terms and conditions.
