You come with
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-year degree of EU studies preferably;
- Advanced level of English (C1 level)
- Advanced level of Slovak(C1 level)
- Proven interest in European policies and developments;
- Critical thinker, proactive, innovative, hands-on and solution-focused approach;
- Ability to handle stress and communicate clearly on complex matters;
- Organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
A day at Conectys
- Answering directly to phone-calls or chats;
- Drafting replies to email enquiries;
- Identifying sensitive/complex enquiries and transfer them to second-line Support Services;
- Communicating in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free language about all aspects of the European Union;
- Dealing with citizens and businesses in a professional, friendly, service-oriented manner.
