What You’ll be Doing

As the country manager for Greece your primary responsibility is to be in charge of developing and growing our operations in the country. You are representing TTEC in Greece and either directly or indirectly manage all operations and functions in the region including budgets, planning and submitting reports. Reporting directly to the VP Operations EMEA and partnering with the Business Development Lead you will provide strategies to help to grow existing and new client logos in the region.

You will need to be comfortable to both directly lead operations as well as provide a supporting role for operations managed by operation prime as part of a broader relationship with the client. Identifying expansion opportunities at optimum costs to ttec within the region, creating a strong brand reputation for clients and employees (employer of choice) are key parts of the role.

On a typical day, you’ll :

  • Achieve 100% contractual bonus goals, revenue generation, expenses, forecasting, and financials for both direct/indirectly managed clients
  • Manage and reduce cost to revenue against budget including coordination with functional heads
  • Manage country end-to-end processes and tool efficiencies including automation in line with local regulations. Educate the broader company about the country’s needs, competitive landscape, changes in legal regulations and market dynamics together with recommended changes to the countries strategy.
  • Manage government relationships in line and compliance
  • Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting expansion strategies / operating and service models accordingly
  • Implement an effective brand strategy and ensure consistency in managing a strong image within the industry at all time
  • Building professional engagement with our employees including succession planning, attraction, wellness and retention planning
  • Support all sales opportunities for the country including hosting clients or prospect visits, participation in RfP responses and sales pitches
  • Manage day-to-day operations and deliverables including :
    • Improve the key success metrics associated with goals.
    • Revenue and margin goals
    • Client, customer, and Employee satisfaction scores
    • Call volume projections
    • Contractual bonus goals
    • Contractual client metric goals
  • Manage the communication with clients and business partners
  • Strong network within the Greek market place
