Location: Client's Headquarters located in Manresa - Barcelona.

In your role in Social Media Management you will:

- Actively engage with the community to increase presence and positive sentiment of the brand
- Manage the brand founder account on Instagram and Facebook
- Adapt and create engaging copy texts that matches our brand tone of voice
In the area of development and innovation we need you to:
- Stay ahead of the latest platforms, best practices and industry trends, to improve processes in social media
- Develop the social media strategy for crisis management and content moderation
- Ensure excellence in the quality of the service provided through social media
- Maintain the brand tone of voice to build trusting relationships with customers and boost the brand posi-tioning
- Review and optimize specific channel procedures
In addition to this you will also:
- Participate in meetings
- Measure, report and analyse the performance metrics and pulse of the social networks
- Participate continuous training in innovation related to social networks and digital marketing

We will offer you:

- long-term contract
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
-Salary: 21.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus
- Professional development in Customer Experience (CX)

- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in pro-portion to time worked)*


You bring to the table:

- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, managing digitals channels
- You are native level speaker in Spanish
- You are fluent in English
- You can handle high volume under pressure
- You are a fast learner and multitasker
- You have great communication skills and show empathy
- Availability to work in Manresa (Client's Head Quarter) and in Barcelona ( must be able to travel from Manresa to Barcelona )
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, managing digitals channels - Have a real passion for fashion and jewellery
- Have an enthusiastic and engaging personality
- Enjoy working in a young and dynamic work environment
