Social Customer Service is recruiting a Quality Assurance Specialist with Turkish (f/m/d) in Berlin.

The ideal candidate will exemplify our Social Customer Service Vision Statement by using operational and analytical expertise to assist the organization with data mining and audits. The role is to be the Voice of Customer Obsession, analyzing the journey of a customer and understanding areas for improvement.

The Quality Assurance Specialist should understand our business metrics, build a story which summarizes holistic quality performance, identifies solutions and implement the necessary actions. The Quality Assurance Specialist with Turkish will work within the Social Customer Service Leadership team in EU and globally and will calibrate with other Social Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialists, Social Customer Service Operations Leaders and Program Managers to drive global alignment and consistency.

Responsibilities:

- Data mining / auditing of Turkish/German Customer Service Social Media team contacts and flexibility to audit, in English, Dutch/Swedish/Polish contacts. Produce, and maintain quality metrics reports that support analysis and performance management.

- Lead quality projects to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Report to leadership team with an analysis of metrics, issues and trends. Identify solutions and best practices.

- Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels to define and deliver solutions to establish quality standards and processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in Turkish and German

- Advanced level of written and spoken English to ensure an effective communication with EU peers and stakeholders.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with senior managers in the organization.

- Experience in data mining / data analysis

- Reporting experience

- Recommend, own and drive performance improvement areas

- Confidence to work with colleagues across different departments, countries and at all levels.

- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and prioritize work.

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Customer Service experience

- Experience on Social Media environment

- Good level of Dutch, Polish or Swedish (not mandatory but it represents a plus)

- Highly analytical, with a proven ability to analyse various data sources and identify root cause/drivers of performance

- Continuous improvement/Kaizen experience
