•Role Responsibilities*
• Providing and maintaining customer services as per our company standard, generating money transfer transactions, cash register operations, and loss prevention in adherence to location standards, companies’ policies, and front desk procedures.
• Being the go-to person for our customers by providing information regarding Western Union's available products and services and assisting in resolving clients’ issues and complaints.
• Handling incoming calls and being a contact person for our internal and external clients, vendors, and partners.
•Role Requirements*
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar area.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills, both written and verbal. Russian language would be a plus.
• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
• Experience in processing money transfers and cash transactions.
• Customer orientated approach.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

•Salary*
The monthly gross base salary range is 1116 – 1650 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
