What you will do

• this part time position is for current students of IT, computer science college or university study programs or any enthusiastic student interested to get in touch with Personal Computing hardware
• we offer the possibility to work in a corporate/enterprise level environment and get familiar IT processes and standards of large company and shared service center

How you will do it

• pre-stage, install/image standardized operating system, applications and tools on PCs
• follow strict asset management processes on site (physical stock, storage and inventory management of IT assets, database evidence)
• optional to help the team with hardware related incidents

What we are looking for

• knowledge and experience with Windows 10 operating system installation (home PC, school PCs)
• understanding of the Microsoft Office application suite
• able to troubleshoot and identify basic hardware issues
• able to troubleshoot and identify basic software issues
• willing to learn
• team player
• fluent in Slovak and English (any additional language will be considered as an advantage)
• feeling confident with physical asset handling
• availability min. 3 working days / week (exception applies during end of semester exams)

Salary: 5,50 € gross per hour. You will be based in our offices in the vibrant city center close to the river and Eurovea shopping center.. The onsite facilities include a fitness center, coffee machines and canteen.
