Description

Based upon partner's setup and channel strategy, the iPAM manages a dedicated list of reseller partners for account management and account sellout development.

In this meaning the iPAM takes achievement ownership and responsibility for the assigned partner setup provided by the client.

Responsibilities:

- Proactive Partner Account Management via telephone and email
- Responsible for partner program, partner business and marketing strategy. Calibration of partner strategy and development with business unit
- iPAM will ensures semi-annual business reviews
- Identification and development of growth potential of assigned partners for product portfolio to increase Share on Business (SoB)
- Identifies, manages and supports to win partner enduser projects linked to necessary resources ( i.e. enduser account salesforce, pre-sales, marketing, category, services)
- Responsibility over revenue of the attended partner incl. service: tbd per half-year (will be communicated after quota setting is done after first fiscal half)
- Implementation and execution of business plans with partners to achieve quarterly goals and to generate growth opportunities.
- Planning and execution of sales and marketing programs regarding the Business Groups and the Channel Marketing for the partners
- Supporting partners on the project case by mediation of internal contacts, information and project conditions in defined ways to maximize revenue and profit
- iPAM will support partner sales and marketing initiatives i.e local lead generation, local customer events with client's support
- Evaluation of the competitive situation of the customer towards the partner, increase of internal market share
- Complete monitoring and optimizing of partner performance to achieve partner quantity and quality goals
- Proactive communication and control of the informational flow, i.e. contact with decision-makers in management, sales, purchasing and technology regarding new products, promotions and events
- Coordination of Pay for Result Settings and Marketing Investment Fund planning
- Ensure product knowledge for partner organization as well as providing of necessary training an certifications through individual development of a training schedule
- Escalation management and 1st Escalation level for partners, coordination of all management escalations
- Support of Sales, Marketing and Training of partners
- Ensure client's relationship with general managers, sales managers, purchase department and technical support of partners
- Forecast on a weekly basis
- JBP for some defined partners

We offer

- Full-time (39 hours/week) from Monday to Friday and long-term contract
- Schedule: From 09:00 to 18:00
- Salary: 22,500 Euros gross/year + up to 2,400 Euros gross/year in bonus

- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*

Requirements

-Native level of French with excellent English
- Two years of related technical sales experience preferred
- Experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors is a plus
- Familiar with channel programs
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
- Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritize
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
- Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate
- Familiar with sales CRMs. Microsoft office
