IT Desktop Computing Technician (m/f) job in Lisbon at Teleperformance Portugal

Working on our facilities in Lisbon, the IT Desktop Computing Technician is responsible for key support to the company’s endpoint environment, providing remote and direct technical support to internal clients and assisting on implementations.

• Responsible for Desktop environment;
• Endpoint advanced Troubleshooting;
• Provide remote and direct technical support;
• Implementation of new projects.

• Technical academic background in the IT field (mandatory);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken (minimum B2);
• Previous experience in providing technical support remotely and directly to users;
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Exchange, Active Directory);
• Advanced troubleshooting knowledge of HW and SW;
• Solid Experience in Desktop Virtualization and Citrix
• Solid knowledge in PowerShell scripting
• Solid knowledge of imaging tools (WDS/MDT);
• Experienced in remote software deployment
• Basic network knowledge;
• Analytical and communication skills;
• Availability to work between 07:00h – 22:00h.
