We are looking for a Technical Support Advisors to work for A well-known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.

As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:

- Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
- Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Handling effectively all incoming incidents
- Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

Conditions and benefits:

- Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term contract
- Salary: 17,234.18 euros gross/year + up to 2,000 euros gross/year in bonus
- Rotative shift: Mon-Sun 09:00-20:00
- Location: Barcelona
- Possibility to grow within the company
- Start date: 20th of February
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*

Requirements

-Native level of French with fluent English
- Great teammate
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
- Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired
- Ability to operate in high pressure situations
- Good technical skills and knowledge preferable
- Excellent communication skills.
