What you'll be doing at Webhelp



As an Insurance Team Leader for Airbnb project, you will:

• Supervise, monitor and develop a team of insurance Customer Advisors

• Handle insurance escalation calls

• Closely monitor the SLAs and KPIs of the project

• Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPIs project by identifying performance gaps, analysing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team

• Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

• Experience all the opportunities that living in Lisbon has to offer.

We'll be a great match if you:

• Are fluent in English and any of the following: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian (written and oral)

• Have at least 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)

• APA/CIP qualified or studying towards qualification with experience on the Irish market (mandatory)

• Have good IT skills, especially in MS Excel / MS Office / Google G-suite

• Have In-depth knowledgeof performance metrics (KPIs)

• Have excellent communication and leadership skills

• Are keen for the opportunity to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
