As demand for transformational learning keeps growing, we are expanding our presence in Europe further and looking for entrepreneurial-minded Country Managers for Germany/DACH.

We are looking for self-starters with a high sense of ownership who excel in a high pace environment. Your mission will be to build, grow and nurture team of high-performing sales executives who take care of your region’s accounts. You will be responsible for building Go1’s brand name in your market, seeding and growing strong executive relationships with key decision makers to secure new business, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships and sales across the region.

Core activities
  • Hire, lead and mentor a team of world-class Sales & Marketing Executives, and nurture a high performing and professional culture
  • Implement Go1’s global strategy in your market but own its localization strategy, setting a clear vision through your experience of driving growth locally
  • Develop the strategy to scale the business and hit ambitious business goals
  • Drive awareness and adoption of Go1 in your market

About You:

This role requires knowledge and experience in building and growing sales in the region, including evaluating and overseeing successful partnerships, negotiating key commercial agreements, and driving sales success. You have a strong leadership track record of building high-performing teams and a deep understanding of what will be needed to craft and resource a successful GTM strategy in your market.

The ideal candidates have the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, can convey compelling value propositions and work collaboratively across regions and functions to drive positive outcomes.

There is an important leadership component to the Country Manager role, so it is most likely you will bring the following skills and experience:
  • Experience working within a high-growth company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales and commercial teams as a Country Manager, Commercial Director, VP Sales, Sales Director, Head of Sales, or you might be a senior sales executive with management experience and a successful track record of negotiating high-value deals with a C-level audience
  • Knowledge of the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is ideal but not required: your achievements in establishing and leading winning teams is more important, as is your drive to support them with dealing with complex deals and customers
  • Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and continuously deepen customer relationships
  • You are excited about the opportunity to lead an ambitious regional office as part of a global organization
  • Fluency in German
  • Exceptional communication skills with customers and within internal cross-functional teams
