Your mission at Qerko is to implement a business strategy for the German market, establish and lead a business office, primarily to stimulate business activities within the entrusted regions, including establishing cooperation with cash register systems, ensuring the acquisition of companies and establishing business partnerships including regularly reporting about results to HQ.


In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent manager with an exceptional ability to execute every single day.


What you’ll be doing


  • Run the expansion to Berlin, later other cities in Germany.
  • Define and execute a growth strategy for the local market, leveraging on current strategic potential while refining continuously market strategy and meeting our goals
  • Establishing and Driving Sales Activities within the entrusted region (team) to achieve the growth and profitability objectives of the market by implementing operations processes, forecasting weekly and monthly deviations to plan and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with POS (cash register system)
  • Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams
  • Own the P&L for the market and achieve financial and business targets


Our expectations


  • Proven strong sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets, and proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close in a Gastro segment and/or in FinTech/Digital/Consumer company
  • People management experience and a proven ability to lead diverse teams, hire and promote talent
  • The role is highly visible and the position requires strong organizational skills, solid leadership, strategic thinking, professionalism, and an ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with executive decision-makers
  • Proven ability to deliver and exceed ambitious targets in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • An initiative and creative approach, to make independent and quick decisions.
  • High flexibility and responsibility, willingness to travel
  • German native speaker or C2 level, Good English is the necessity
  • Hands-on, positive and optimistic attitude
