Service Delivery Coordinator - Dutch Speaker job in Lisbon at HCL Technologies

Ware a renowned global IT service and consulting company, presently developing our tech footprint in Lisbon (Parque das Nações).

As a Service Delivery Coordinator (DUTCH SPEAKER) with HCL Technologies, you will be managing one or more key stakeholder accounts, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in managing supplier expectations, outgoing and with strong presentation skills, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.

These will be your tasks

• Support the business to enable the achievement of SLAs and financial targets
• Effective, efficient resolution of problems/issues, leveraging internal resources
• Working with customers to manage onsite consumables stocks to reduce the cost to the optimum level
• Manage escalations and offer assistance in complex issues
• Manage customer expectations by providing realistic time scales
• Provide asset management support through the ownership and management of different systems
• Validating the billing reconciliation report with the Service Delivery Managers
• Provide necessary support for contract change management
• Provide input around SLA calculation and mitigation in line with contractual agreements
• Implement the agreed governance process with the stakeholders (virtual participation in weekly/monthly meetings both with the customer and internal stakeholders)
• Actively collects, consolidates and analyses feedback from internal customers to deduce improvement actions increasing efficiency and effectiveness of Service procedures. Gives pro-active feedback to colleagues and team/management

You're offering these qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to build strong relationships with remote teams
• Experience in working within a shared services environment
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
• ITIL Foundation/Prince/Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
• General IT culture, understanding.

Required Language Thresholds:

• Dutch: (C2: Native-Level Fluency)
• English: (B2- Independent Level User)
