The software inside a vehicle was traditionally expected to be a very controlled and self-contained environment. Equipping cars with perception and machine intelligence changes a lot in the overall picture of the vehicle manufacturer. LUXOFT's goal is to empower its customers, with deep domain knowledge and smart solutions, to develop cars of the future. Great mechanical engineering is not the only criteria anymore for delivering the best cars in the world. Using state-of-the-art software technologies is key to provide the requested user experience.

LUXOFT is searching for an E/E Architecture Specialist that is able to consult our customers in right-sizing vehicle E/E Architecture to support scalable Software Architectures in their Domain-based and Zonal Architectures.

In this role, you will be part of the international team, working in a flexible manner working on cutting-edge solutions with our customers. You will work with seasoned professionals and top talents from all over the world, in a truly international environment that will enrich your skills day by day and contribute to your personal and professional growth.   • Consult our customers in E/E Architecture design and development, with a particular focus on transitioning from Distributed Architectures to Domain-based and Zonal Architectures.
  • Support our customers in transitioning from signal-based Software Architectures to Service-Oriented Software Architectures.
  • Help build a team of experts within Luxoft to scale our E/E Architecture and SOA offering
  • Work within the Luxoft bid process to prepare proposals for E/E Architecture and SOA solutions
  • Support ramp-up of projects awarded to Luxoft

Must have skills:

  • Automotive EE Architecture
  • AUTOSAR (Automotive Open System architecture)
  • ISO 26262 Standard
  • Requirements Engineering
  • The ideal candidate identifies and solves problems that require analysis by adopting existing procedures, techniques, and methods - but also exploring innovative ideas with high potential.
  • He/she actively contributes to improvements and changes and takes responsibility for his/her actions and his/her delivery, encouraging also others to do the same.
  • The ideal candidate is an inspirational team member, seen as a person who takes full responsibility and whom colleagues can trust. He/she works independently, but has a good understanding of the tasks of the team and is ready to support.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role in Automotive (10 years will be a plus), preferably leading cross-functional teams
  • E/E Architecture design, relevant methodologies, and tools
  • Automotive in-vehicle networks and related protocols/standards (e.g. CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
  • Know-how of powertrain (including electric and hybrid), vehicle dynamics, body and chassis functionalities
  • Advanced know-how of AUTOSAR Classic
  • Knowledge of technologies and processes for automotive SW specification, development, and testing
  • Knowledge of automotive functional safety (ISO26262 certification will be a plus)
  • Knowledge of tools, technologies, and processes for Automotive Diagnostics
