A leading global company within the healthcare sector that offers medical solutions and programs to promote lifelong healthy habits has an exciting vacancy for a Dutch AND German-speaking Inside Sales Consultant. The successful applicant will be mainly responsible for contacting inbound leads and trying to engage potential patients to join their medical program and guide them throughout the whole process.

The client provides all the necessary equipment, onboarding and training to be able to work fully remotely from anywhere in The Netherlands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that all enquiries and leads are being responded to via telephone in a timely manner
• Engaging leads to join the program after checking their eligibility and motivation
• Providing information and guidance concerning the company's healthcare program and services in a helpful, professional, and empathetic manner
• Dealing with local clinics and booking appointments for potential patients

About you:

In order to succeed in this role, you should be fluent in German, Dutch and English and have previous experience in either telesales, telemarketing or sales.

Profile:

• Required to be fully fluent in Dutch (C2) and fluent in German (B2-C2)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or sales
• Experience working within the Technology industry is a plus
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
