Main Tasks:
Purchases online and money transfers through PayPal/Wise
Communication with providers in case of any issue (PayPal/Wise/Bank/Retailers)
Update Cases with the information of purchases and money transfers
Costs tracking and monthly bill for the project
Data capturing Control
Creation of productivity report (Salesforce)
Creation of the Weekly Business presentation (PowerPoint + Excel)
Support on emerging extra tasks
Support on Data capturing and Cases
Hours and Benefits:
Shift: 20 hours/week from Monday to Friday 10:00 - 14:00
Salary: 8.523,08 Euros gross/year + up to 1.538,46 Euros gross/year in bonus after trial period
Permanent contract

Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Detail oriented since you will be working with numbers
Microsoft Excel medium level
Microsoft Word and Power Point advanced level
Good organization and time management skills
