Customer service agent - Finnish - General Mills - Part-Time
We have an exciting opportunity to represent a vast portfolio of well-known brands with one of the biggest food Companies worldwide, holding together brands such as Häagen-Dazs, Betty Crocker, Green Giant, Yoplait, and Old El Paso.
The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace company values as your own.
You will respond to consumers' questions and complaints regarding various products and resolve them in a skilful, professional, and empathetic manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for❓
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies take the extra mile to engage with the customers
Requirements
What are we looking for❓
- A fluent level of Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills in spoken and written
- A good level of English
- Customer support experience
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer literacy/Microsoft word/Excel
- Have strong teamwork and ethics
- Administrative skills with a strong eye for detail
- Excellent listening, empathy and questioning skills
