HR Transformation Consultant (The Netherlands)

Main responsibilities

• Work with clients to build their HR transformation plans
• Contribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR services
• Advise clients on how HR Information systems and cloud technology can support their HR Transformation
• Advise clients on how to optimise their workforce
• Transform customer business processes
• Advise on the use of AI, chatbots and robotic process automation
• Build clients employee engagement through effective change management
• Build strong client relationships
• Support the company sales teams to help them win new business
• Manage global projects
• Lead and develop other consultants
• Involved in publishing blogs, speaking at industry events
• Work with clients and colleagues to discover innovative ways to solve challenging problems

Skills and experience

• Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch
• Strong understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global brand
• Working knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP Successfactors, Cornerstone, Workday or Oracle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Genuine team player and collaborative worker
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at Director and Board level
• Good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel
