CPM International is an award-winning agency specialized in contact centre and digital marketing solutions, with a proven track record of increasing sales and brand awareness for our clients.

We're currently looking for a People Business Advisor to join our HR department.

In this role you will be supporting and providing employees with information in the human resources area that will help them work in our company more effectively. You would identify potential areas of concern and help our businesses to expand and grow.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR department.
  • Compile and update employee records and documentation.
  • Deal with employee HR related requests, issues, advice and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as payroll or recruitment to ensure a smooth employee onboarding
  • To prepare and deliver contracts: new employee, renewals, contract extensions and changes and
  • also prepare and deliver other HR related documents to other departments.
  • Manage the full cycle of the employee from an HR perspective both internally and externally by
  • informing to the competent authorities when necessary (absences, sick leaves, paternities,
  • maternities, other types of leaves, termination of contracts, change of conditions,
  • etc.).
  • Give internal support and advice regarding HR procedures.

Personality requirements and skills:

  • Knowledge of local Labour law and Human Resources.
  • Fluent in Slovak and English (B2, C1) both in speaking and writing.
  • Good organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and comply with deadlines.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize demands.
  • Desire to keep learning and growing.
  • You must display patience, empathy, and helpfulness at all times.
  • You should have a strong communication skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Labour relationships, Law or related are plus but not required.

You will be reporting to People manager.


Additional information:

Place of work: Vajnorská 100, Bratislava, Slovakia

Starting date: ASAP

Permanent Contract: Indefinite

Contract type: Full-time (40 hours per week), office based position

Salary offer (gross): 1500 EUR/month, base gross monthly salary starts from 1500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised. There is also a bonus.
