What you will experience at Webhelp
As part of the technical support team, you will:

- Answer and/or resolve complex technical questions or issues raised by customers via phone or email in a customer-friendly and efficient manner.
- Identify and analyse customer's technical problems through active listening and by asking clear and concise questions.
- Provide excellent customer service by using the technical knowledge you have gained through our internal training and support systems.
- With each customer contact, collect and document all relevant information in the system to ensure a high level of service.
- Keeping up to date with all new developments in the technical, networking and consumer electronics field relating to the products you work with.


We'll be a great match if you:
- Have a native level of Finnish and are fluent in English
- Have knowledge of network architecture and consumer electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.).
- Have a good understanding of the MS Office environment.
- You are good at helping people over the phone
- Focus on proactivity, self-motivation, and a solution-orientated mindset within a team
- Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW
It would be a plus if you:
- Have a degree in information and communication technology
- Have a strong interest in technology and experience in the technical field
- Have experience working in a B2C or B2B environment

What we offer you

- A salary you can live well on in Spain; basic salary of €18,400/year (gross) and up to €1,800 gross/year bonus.
- Full Spanish contract from day one, with access to the Spanish health insurance cover.

- Permanent employment, 39 hours a week, Monday-Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00
