The role: Integration Coordinator

With the imminent acquisition of Sisal, a leading operator in the Italian market, Flutter International have established an Integration Management Office. Led by the Integration Director, the IMO will oversee a number of workstreams designed to create value, identify synergies and facilitate collaboration across the two businesses. This role is 12- 18 months but has scope to become permanent. Please note this role will require some travel to Dublin/Milan. 

Are you our next star player? 

We are looking for an experienced manager that can coordinate the large number of people that will be contributing to this significant project. Ultimately helping the Integration Director to drive outcomes, through the organisation of people and communication.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.

Why we need you:

  • Working closely with the Integration Director and workstream leads you will understand their requirements, deliverables and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with contacts across the flutter group and the newly the acquired business we are integrating.
  • Facilitate connections and share information as appropriate to ensure alignment across the IMO and between both businesses.
  • Oversee the governance of the integration, ensuring decisions are made and the right people are consulted and informed.
  • Organise events associated with integration (introductions, working groups, knowledge sharing opportunities).
  • Define agendas for meetings and events, collating materials and preparing information that may be required.
  • Facilitate the information flow within the IMO and prepare update communications back out to the business as we report on progress.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and papers as required.
  • Solve problems as they inevitably arise, finding workarounds, managing expectations and consulting others to identify solutions.

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong track record of managing teams across multiple locations
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Strong problem solving and structuring skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-cultural teams
  • Understanding of business and Flutter context
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PPT
