Your responsibilities

- Service Desk level 2 technician to manage Incident, Problem and Standard Requests
- He should be capable of troubleshooting issues in the most common office applications, on Windows and Apple operating systems, and take care of requests from different projects

- Native level of Spanish plus fluent English
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is a plus
- Experience providing support in multimedia, telecommunications or IT infrastructure products/services
- Good knowledge of Operating Systems
- Desirable Microsoft certifications MCSE/MCSA
- Good communication skills
- An organized person, capable of managing many tasks, prioritizing and reaching milestones and targeted goals
