Your role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with clients through email, social media channels and on the phone. You will provide them with solutions and advice for all their inquiries.

You may handle short translations, review the webpage to find any errors and improve templates to answer clients.

You will help customers with their online orders and ensure they have an excellent customer service experience.

Hours and Benefits:

- Salary: 16.732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1.500 Euros gross/year in bonus

Requirements:

- Native level speaker of Swedish
- High level of English
- You enjoy working both on an individual level and in teams
- You love helping people and enjoy making them feel special
- You are a great problem solver
- You can handle stressful situations
- You are a fast learner
- You have basic technical skills and knowledge
- You have excellent communication skills and are people oriented
- If you enjoy hot drinks, it is a plus
