What You’ll be Doing :

As a Remote Service Partner Specialist, you will be in contact with partners, communicating new processes and operational changes. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you’ll :

Onboarding activities :

  • Managing program onboarding document flow;
  • Accounts and system set up;
  • Initial partners training.

Performance management :

  • Performance report preparation;
  • Analysis of KPI’s reports;
  • Communicating new processes and operational changes;
  • Performing regular partner’s compliance audits.

Off-boarding :

  • Managing program off-boarding document flow;
  • Accounts and system disablement.

Project Management :

  • Contribute to various internal projects within the organization;
  • Ensure adequate level of involvement and knowledge for new product introductions;
  • Coordination of new product introductions service requirements fulfilment and process implementation.
