Advanced level of English & French (written and spoken);
Minimum 1-year experience performing quality tasks, preferably in a BPO environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills, proactivity, and dedication to providing exceptional service. Ability to manage demanding timelines
Availability to work 24/7 shifts. Residence in Lisbon area
Your day in Conectys:
You will do a quality verification activity in accordance with the company
You will do a quality verification on processes and project requirements
You will do a quality verification on inconsistencies, implementation of measures for remedial, and improvement whenever necessary
You will create and develop quality reports, analyses, and implements improvement opportunities as requested; and agreed with management, within the deadlines agreed
You will escalate to the higher management any inconsistencies found at a quality level and you will suggest improvement approaches
You will give quality feedback and coaching sessions with required follow up actions
You will develop and implement quality-related training on topics meant to assure adherence to process and product knowledge and assure improvement
