ROLE

  • Design, develop and test solution for our Core Payroll offering and its integration with our HRIS partners
  • Develop a deep expertise in SAP Human Capital Management
  • Take responsibility for country solutions configuration, documentation and maintenance
  • Can work analyse requirements, estimate work packages and translate them to technical design and functional working solutions
  • Can work with various stakeholders in establishing the business case for Payroll and Payroll Automations innovations or improvement
  • Support bug-fixing and troubleshooting application errors and exceptions
  • Have aptitude to understand technical language / jargon and translate it into normal business language
  • Document policies and procedures for business processes and support tasks
  • Collaborate with project and client team members to meet timelines and goals
  • Participate in mentoring and knowledge transfer to other team members
     
    Experience and Qualifications
  • Two of experience with SAP Payroll is a must
  • Two of experience with enterprise HR business applications including payroll
  • Two or more years of experience with any HRIS business processes and its integration tools
  • Experience with ABAP development
  • Experience with developing, configuring and using API’s
  • One or more years of experience with PCC, Fiori configuration and Webservice
  • Working knowledge of XML
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree with a Technical emphasis, or equivalent

  • Demonstrate aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for people, business and communication
  • Highly motivated and eager to work with new technologies
  • Must be self-starter and proactive, able and willing to learn with minimal supervision, and question things that don’t make sense
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken are a must
